1.Crack back [bridge then straighten legs]
2. Centre oversplit for 50 seconds
3. Right oversplit for 50 seconds
4. Left oversplit for 50 seconds
5. Sit and reach for 30 seconds
6. 30 frogjumps [squat, stand and jump, squat, stand and jump...]
7. 50 situps
8. 20 pushups
9. 30 ankle lifts per leg [Balance on one foot, then lift up to stand on toe, go down, lift up...]
10. 5 backwalks
11. 1 minute for a waterbreak
12. Repeat Steps 2-11
13. Repeat Steps 2-11

Trust me, it'll have you dropping your leg immediately when you sit on the bed and try to flex your leg muscles, and struggling to steady yourself when you jump down 2-3 steps.

Especially if you're unfit like me.

I miss Shao! D: But I'm so so so glad I'm gonna see you on Friday yeahoo! Hahahaha. I'm going to give you a real big hug. Like one I promise you. And if you can breathe while I'm giving you a uber tight hug I'll give you a bubble tea. xD Hahaa! <3>

Reading Eclipse makes me happy too!

Oh and Ting and I have a bubble tea bet involving my neoprints. ;) I betcha I'll win by a mile. Yeah baby!
